When does the course start and finish?
Call me to set up your first Yoga Coaching session! All contact info available after sign up. Bookings usually begin about 2 weeks from start date, though new clients sometimes have a start date one month away.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
How long do I have access to the course?
The duration of your subscription - you choose. Cancel any time you'd like.

I share the most effective tools I've found for focus, balance, strength and stress reduction in classes designed to give you a work out, a work in and tools you use in the board room and traffic to act from your most authentic, healthy self, even in the most stressful situations.

Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Raja and am Core Strength Vinyasa trained (not certified) - all styles of Hatha Yoga- influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. An intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
