Organized around 7 principles for creating positive transformation in your body that will lighten your mind, this 6 day a week plan for more focus, less stress, more gorgeous food and drink, and a balance of fierce and relaxing practice boosts your mood, energy and ability to share your awesome.

Immediately receive your first lessons and the first two principles with your first yoga practice recording. Then you'll receive a lesson a week with 3 more yoga practices and ideas for integrating them into your life each of the next 5 weeks.

You'll notice substantial differences the first week and realize terrific gains by 6 weeks. This is a system you can adapt and maintain for a lifetime of good health, good work and good times.

I share the most effective tools I've found for focus, balance, strength and stress reduction in classes designed to give you a work out, a work in and tools you use in the board room and traffic to act from your most authentic, healthy self, even in the most stressful situations.

Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Raja and am Core Strength Vinyasa trained (not certified) - all styles of Hatha Yoga- influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. An intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
